About Us

Our Story

 Founded in 1946, we’re committed to enhancing our members’ living experiences by providing a wide range of amenities and services for them to enjoy. For us, what matters most is maintaining a high standard of living for our community residents and making sure they feel happy to be part of our thriving neighborhood. 

Our Community Events

We host a variety of events throughout the year, including holiday parties, block parties, and community clean-up days. These events provide opportunities for neighbors to connect and build lasting friendships.

Membership: Association membership shall be restricted to persons who own property in Maple Pointe Beach Subdivision or Maple Pointe Beach Annex.  Each person named on the property deed is entitled to one Membership of the Association.

Associate Membership:

Members may assign their memberships, in the form of Associate Memberships, to their tenants for the time that such tenants reside in Maple Pointe Beach Subdivision or Maple Pointe Beach Annex.  Tenants so assigned shall have all the privileges and obligations of members except they shall not be entitled to vote at meetings or any ownership interest in the assets of the Association.  Associate memberships shall revert to property owners immediately upon termination of the owner/tenant relationship.


June 1st.  We will have various dates when we will be at the main beach to help accommodate.  Please follow us on Facebook for updates.


Rentals are based on availability and have a fee of $25.
